Four magical Christmas experiences, all wrapped up in one ticket!

Start with real snow, falling snow, slides and sledges on Santa's snow trail, before taking your seats for a magical mini pantomime of Snow White, featuring a very special appearance from Santa himself.

Then it's off to Santa's Village, where fluffy animal friends, traditional family games and a vintage carousel await. Finish your adventure at SledEx Headquarters, where little elves can write their Christmas letters and send them on their way to the North Pole!

You've got 90 minutes of Christmas magic to look forward to!

Your adventure includes up to 30 minutes in each of the three main areas: Santa's real snow trail, the mini pantomime and Santa's Village, including SledEx Headquarters.

He's making a list and checking it twice, so Santa's a rather busy man at this time of year!

Although there's no one-to-one meet and greet, you'll still get to see the big man himself when he makes a magical appearance on stage during our Snow White mini pantomime.

Wrap up warm, little elves!

Santa's real snow trail is naturally chilly, so we recommend wearing cosy layers and sturdy footwear such as boots, wellies or snow boots.

The theatre and Santa's Village are a little warmer, so layers are perfect for keeping everyone comfortable throughout your adventure.

Christmas magic is for the whole family!

Santa's Winter Wonderland is designed to be enjoyed together, although we particularly recommend it for children of believing age who'll get the most from the stories, characters and festive surprises.

Unfortunately, Santa's Winter Wonderland tickets can't be moved to another date or time once your booking is confirmed.

Our sessions are very popular, so please double-check your chosen date and time before completing your booking.

Yes, please! Santa's Winter Wonderland is a Christmas adventure for the whole family, so every adult and child attending will need a ticket.

Even the tiniest elves need a ticket, but here's a little Christmas treat: you can book one FREE under 2s ticket with a full-paying adult!

Simply book tickets for the rest of your party first, then contact our friendly Guest Services team with your booking reference and they'll help add your free under 2 ticket.

Please note that under 2s aren't permitted to use the slides.

Unfortunately, bookings can't be moved to another date or time once confirmed.

Oh snow! Running a little behind?

We'll always do our best to help, but as Santa's Winter Wonderland runs to a timed schedule, we can't guarantee entry if you arrive late.

We recommend arriving at SnowDome at least 30 minutes before your booked session to allow plenty of time for parking and check-in.

Santa's Winter Wonderland tickets are non-refundable, and unfortunately we can't accept cancellations once your booking has been confirmed.

Please check all your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

Your tickets will be emailed to you once your booking is complete.

We recommend adding them to your digital wallet, so they're ready to go when you arrive. One less thing to remember on the big day!

Simply have your ticket QR code ready on your phone or in your digital wallet and we'll scan it when you arrive.

Festive Ice Skating isn't included in your Santa's Winter Wonderland ticket, but it can be booked separately if you'd like to make even more magical memories during your visit.

Santa's Winter Wonderland is an indoor Christmas adventure packed with real snow, festive entertainment, fluffy animal friends and magical memories for the whole family.

From snowball fights and sledging to a mini pantomime and sending letters to Santa, there's 90 minutes of festive fun waiting for you!

Your Christmas adventure lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

Santa's snow trail is filled with real snow, complete with real falling snow, slides and sledges.

It's a proper white Christmas, whatever the weather's doing outside!

Santa's a very busy man, so there's no one-to-one meet-and-greet included in the experience.

But don't worry, you'll still get to see him when he makes a very special appearance during our magical Snow White mini pantomime!

Step into a world of festive fun!

Santa's Village is home to real fluffy animal friends, including alpacas, goats, piglets and bunnies, along with traditional family carnival games and a beautiful vintage carousel.

There's plenty for little elves and grown-ups to enjoy together!

Special delivery to the North Pole!

At SledEx Headquarters, little ones can write their all-important Christmas letter to Santa before choosing one of his three trusty post boxes to send it on its way.

Will it be Douglas the Dependable, Sparkella or Billy Whizz? The choice is yours!

Absolutely! Santa's Village is home to some very fluffy friends, including bunnies, piglets, goats and alpacas.

They're all part of the festive fun waiting for you!

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the most festive of them all?

For 2026, take your seats for a magical 25-minute retelling of Snow White, packed with festive fun, audience interaction and a very special appearance from Santa himself!

Yes, it is! The whole experience takes place indoors at SnowDome, so you can enjoy a magical white Christmas whatever the British weather has in store.

Rain, wind or sunshine, the Christmas magic goes on!

Of course! There are plenty of magical moments worth capturing throughout Santa's Winter Wonderland.

You're welcome to take your own photographs and videos, and you'll also find professional photo opportunities during your visit.

Santa's real snow trail is naturally chilly, so we recommend warm clothing that you can easily layer.

The theatre and Santa's Village are warmer, so layers will help everyone stay comfortable as you move through your adventure.

Snow boots aren't essential, but sturdy footwear definitely is!

You'll be walking and playing in real snow, so we recommend boots, wellies or snow boots to keep little feet comfortable.

No, we don't provide clothing or footwear for Santa's Winter Wonderland.

Please make sure everyone arrives dressed and ready for their snowy adventure!

Brrr! It's a little chilly in there!

Santa's real snow trail is kept cold to make sure all that lovely snow stays fresh.

You'll only spend part of your experience in the snow area, so wrap up warm and get ready for plenty of snowy fun!

Don't be late for your Christmas date!

Please arrive at SnowDome at least 30 minutes before your booked session. This gives you time to park, check in and get ready for your adventure without rushing.

Once you've arrived at SnowDome, head straight to the Santa's Winter Wonderland Reception.

You can check in and from there you'll be directed to the start of your Santa's Winter Wonderland adventure.

Have your ticket QR code ready to make check-in nice and easy!

Parking is available at SnowDome.

It's a busy time of year, so please leave plenty of extra time to find a space and make your way to Reception before your session begins.

Pushchairs aren't permitted inside Santa's Winter Wonderland.

We recommend planning ahead if you're bringing one of our tiniest Christmas visitors along!

Yes! We have lockers available for just 20p, along with designated pushchair storage areas.

Pushchair storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so where possible, we recommend leaving your pushchair securely in your vehicle.

Santa's Winter Wonderland is accessible to manual wheelchair users, and we also offer dedicated SEN Sessions for guests who may benefit from a calmer, more relaxed environment.
